Following an initial inquiry, J&B Roofing inspects the site and provides a written quote and approximate project timetable. If the quote is accepted, J&B writes a contract that details price, materials, and each aspect of the job.

Warranty on Materials and Workmanship

J&B stands behind every roof the company installs. In addition to the manufacturer's warranty on materials, J&B is one of the few roofing companies that provides up to a ten-year warranty on workmanship.

Roof Maintenance

J&B customers get extra years out of their roofs with a scheduled roof maintenance program. The goal is to clean and inspect the roof annually to catch minor problems before they get out of control. J&B performs ongoing roof maintenance for a number of apartment complexes and commercial properties in southeastern Wisconsin.
